New & factory sealed, vintage NOS (new old stock), condition. Produced Grove and made in the USA! Model number "2020 B1". This listing is for a brown wood grain print light switch wall plate. It is factory sealed but I do not see any screws in the package. The package does have some wear and staining from storage over the years.
