    Here is a Vintage Beige / Fuschia / Fuchsia Smooth Pattern P-26 Sierra Wall Plate for a standard Decora / GFCI size cutout.
    You will have trouble finding this plate at the hardware store!
    Comes with screws.
    Note these plates are 50+ years old and fragile.  Do not over tighten the screws or the plate will break!
    Cut out for the standard -modern- rectangular cutout.  Will not fit Sierraplex or similar devices.
    Color is Beige, not White, Almond, Ivory, or Cream. GFCI shown in photo not included.
    Plate has no cracks or chips.  One tiny slightly lighter colored spot in one corner this is a manufacturing artifact, see photos.  Screws have some tiny paint chips from age and storage.
