Vintage Chevrolet GM Traffic Viewer W Partial Box.has some crazing in the viewer, I assume it's mostly where the 2 lenses are laminated. When I got it it was as you see it, no swivel piece was present on the end so I assume it's missing. Chrome is decent and would clean up a little better. Box is ratty and missing lid on one end, but it's there. Feel free to ask any questions. I think it's displayable, but you could always buy a broken one cheap to upgrade.
